Thank you for your purchase. Please read the following policies regarding product returns, exchanges and refunds carefully:
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN PURCHASES TO THE MANUFACTURER. YOUR REFUND OR EXCHANGE REQUEST WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE OR PROCESSED. PLEASE SHIP THE ITEM(S) TO THE RETURN ADDRESS NOTED ON YOUR PACKING SLIP.
- Return Policy: You may return unopened products in original packaging within thirty (30) days from receipt of order for refund of the purchase price. If more than 30 days have elapsed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. Only the original buyer of the product(s) is eligible for a refund, and the item(s) must be unopened and unused in the original packaging with the original packing slip. A 15% re-stocking and labor fee will be deducted from the refund amount for each item returned. If you are shipping an item with a value greater than $75, you should consider using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. Any additional shipping costs or fees you incur are not refundable and we cannot guaranty we will receive your returned item. The item(s) must also be satisfactorily packaged to protect against merchandise damage. If item is returned to us and product is damaged – and we determine packaging was inadequate, we may deny the refund request.
- Return Processing: In order to return a product, you must contact our customer service via email at email@example.com and request a return merchandise authorization (RMA). For returns on any promotional items, (free gifts, etc.), all items included in the promotion need to be returned. When a promotional item included in the original transaction is NOT returned, the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount. You will be responsible for shipping charges to us for NON-DEFECTIVE ITEM RETURNS. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, the issue must be reported to our customer service within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery to receive a replacement item or be eligible for a refund. We may request you email us pictures of the damaged or defective merchandise prior to issuing an RMA number. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged – and exchanges are allowed only for the exact item purchased, unless the item is no longer available. If the damaged or defective item is packaging-related, and the item contents show signs of being used or consumed, we may deny the request for exchange or refund. If we request the item to be returned, we will issue a prep-paid return label and you will need to satisfactorily package the items with the original contents for shipment for carrier pick-up. Depending upon where you live, the time it may take for exchanged product to reach a destination will vary.
- Exchange Policy: You may be able to expedite an exchange by placing a new order and returning the unwanted merchandise. In order to expedite the exchange, please place the new order and email the new invoice number to firstname.lastname@example.org. The new order will be at your cost and once the unwanted item(s) has been returned to us, we will refund you for the item(s). However, please contact us before placing your new order.
ONCE THE RETURNED ITEM(S) IS RECEIVED AND INSPECTED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL TO NOTIFY YOU WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR RETURNED ITEM(S). WE WILL ALSO NOTIFY YOU OF THE APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF YOUR REFUND REQUEST. IF THE RETURN REQUEST IS APPROVED, THE REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED AND A CREDIT WILL AUTOMATICALLY (LESS RE-STOCKING FEE IF APPLICABLE) BE APPLIED TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT WITHIN A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF DAYS.
REFUNDS MAY ALSO TAKE SEVERAL BUSINESS DAYS TO BE PROCESSED BY CREDIT CARD COMPANIES AND/OR BANKING INSTITUTIONS. IF YOU HAVEN’T RECEIVED A REFUND YET, PLEASE CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. THEN PLEASE CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY AS IT MAY TAKE SOME TIME BEFORE YOUR REFUND IS OFFICIALLY POSTED. NEXT PLEASE CONTACT YOUR BANK, AS AGAIN THERE CAN BE A PROCESSING TIME BEFORE A REFUND IS POSTED.
